Tianjin Lingang Port Group Co., Ltd. was registered on March 29, 2011, and was officially operated as a group on May 18 in the same year. It was formerly the Tianjin Lingang Industrial Port Co., Ltd., which was established in March 2004. At present, the registered capital is RMB 2.6 billion. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise. The shareholder is Tianjin Lingang Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (formerly Tianjin Lingang Industrial Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd.). The Group is responsible for the unified development management of the shoreline within the Dagu Port Area, and the dispatching management of ships in and out of the port. Its scope of business includes the construction, development, operation, cargo handling, warehousing and logistics of ports, fairways, wharfs and related land area facilities in Dagu Port Area and it has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications. 

The Group has an independent port building. The joint inspection departments such as customs, maritime affairs, and immigration inspection can provide customers with more convenient "one-stop" services in the shipping service center building, simplifying the procedures. There's also a ship dispatching command center, for unified management of the channels and arrangement of dynamics, which can ensure the efficient navigation of ships.
